Project Overview
This project is for concrete pavement repairs to the existing ramps and main Connector of the interchange. Work will also include structure guiderail approach modification, drainage upgrades, bridge barrier concrete patching, inlet repairs, guiderail upgrades, shoulder stabilization, permanent pavement markings, delineation, and post mounted signs. Maintenance and Protection of interchange traffic is also included.
Project construction activities started on Monday, July 24, 2023. Project completion date is October 17, 2025.
There are four phases to the project. Phase 1 included Ramp M , Ramp P, and Loop A which were completed during the 2023 construction season. Phases 2 through 4 are anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season. There will be some detouring of traffic during construction. 2025 Construction is anticipated to include Pavement Markings, Signage, and ancillary cleanup work.
The remaining phases are expected to be completed in 2024 and 2025.

May/June/July 2024
Work will occur on Ramps J, K, J/K, and the Connector Road. This is no detour. Work will occur during nightshift hours approximately 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM under temporary traffic control. Work will occur during daylight hours behind barrier with traffic control implemented.
Monday, June 3, 2024 through Friday, June 7, 2024: Work will occur on the Connector Road EB and WB, Ramp J, Ramp JK, and Ramp K. There is no detour. Work will occur during nightshift hours from approximately 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM. Traffic may be limited to a 13 feet minimum lane width during working hours.
Monday, June 10, 2024 through Friday, June 14, 2024: Work will occur on the Connector Road EB and WB, Ramp J, Ramp JK, and Ramp K. There is no detour. Work will occur during dayshift hours from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Traffic may be limited to a 13 feet minimum lane width during working hours.
Monday, June 17, 2024 through Friday, June 21, 2024: Work will occur on the Connector Road EB and WB, Ramp J, Ramp JK, and Ramp K. There is no detour. Work will occur during dayshift hours from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Traffic may be limited to a 13 feet minimum lane width during working hours.

Friday, June 28, 2024 through Sunday, July 7, 2024: There is no project work occurring this timeframe.
